Payment Terms

• The cost of computer services and repairs is indicated on the service order that was supplied. Fees will be computed according to the services you have selected and the invoice.
• Prior to providing computer services or repairs, a cost estimate will be given. There is no guarantee on estimates.
• Every attempt will be made to get in touch with you, notify you of the situation, and obtain your permission to proceed or cease at the estimate limit in the event that there is an unanticipated deviation exceeding the previously stated estimated amount.
• If we are unable to get in touch with you, work will cease until we do. Once you’ve reached, protectcomputersllc.com will respect your choice to go on or stop.

 Payment Terms & Refunds

• When the repairs, upgrades, or services are finished, full payment is expected.
• Payment in full is required in advance for any special orders for computer hardware, software, or parts.
• Cash, checks, and credit cards are accepted at Protect Computers LLC.
• The customer may request a complete refund if, within ten days of the work being completed, they are unhappy with the service.

Liability

• The service(s) are offered with the intention of repairing, updating, or otherwise maintaining the computer system(s) for which they are requested.
• Nothing malicious will be done to your system. Fixing your computer is the main objective not breaking it. 4.3 In the event that data loss or accidental damage to your system results from pre-existing issues like viruses, improperly configured software, or hardware issues You consent to indemnify protectcomputersllc.com and any individual(s) connected to protectcomputersllc.com or engaged in the work performed on your behalf from any damages arising from such issues.
• You are in charge of backing up your data. Data loss will not be the responsibility of protectcomputersllc.com

• If an issue arises from the service order but is not resolved, free support will be given.

Service & Repairs Guarantee 

• The guarantee for all services and repairs is valid for ten days starting on the date the service order is completed and accepted. 6.2 Should it turn out that the technician misdiagnosed the issue that needed to be fixed or serviced. After that, protectcomputersllc.com will fix or service the device without charging for labor, or a refund will be issued in accordance with the terms of the agreement.
